Understanding Codere odds
Codere odds are expressed as decimals (e.g. 2.20 means you receive £2.20 back for every £1 wagered, including your stake). La Liga odds are typically sharper than traditional bookmaker prices because they reflect pure market supply and demand without a built-in margin.
Back and lay explained
Back: bet for a specific outcome to happen — the same as a traditional bet. Lay: bet against a specific outcome, acting as the bookmaker. If you lay Arsenal to win and they draw or lose, you win. If they win, you pay the backer their winnings.
In-running (live) markets
